About

I am a results-driven usability professional with over 15 years experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), usability, and user experience design. My diverse experience spans various industries, including web conferencing, cloud computing, high-performance computing, banking, government, retail, and creative agencies.

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and HCI from Queen’s University, where I published work in major HCI journals. I also hold a Master’s degree in Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University.

I am highly skilled and proficient in UX research, wireframes and prototyping, information architecture, user research, and usability testing. These skills have enabled me to create user-centric and engaging experiences.

I love being outdoors and finding new trails to walk and coffee shops to try. I also have a passion for cars and car design.
